Managed Operations & Deployment

Managed Operations & Deployment turns Ocean Grid™ from an engineering concept into a working part of your AI infrastructure portfolio. We handle the full lifecycle of each offshore Node so your teams can focus on models, data, and products-not marine logistics.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎
The process starts inland, where our engineering group in Santa Fe, NM, USA integrates your workload, security, and networking requirements into the platform design. From there, hulls and structural elements are fabricated in partner shipyards, AI and power systems are installed, and the Node is assembled at a regional port. You receive clear integration documentation, test reports, and acceptance checkpoints long before the platform ever sees open water.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎
Dockside launch and tow-to-site operations are coordinated with experienced marine partners. Once on station, our crews commission wave-energy systems, validate seawater cooling performance, and bring satellite connectivity online. From that point forward, the Node operates as part of a remote-managed fleet.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎
Day to day, Managed Operations & Deployment covers monitoring, control, and maintenance. We track energy production, battery health, thermal performance, and AI workload metrics from an onshore operations center, adjusting operating modes as ocean and workload conditions change. Scheduled marine service windows are planned around weather and sea state, with inspection and maintenance tasks designed to be completed efficiently during each visit.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎
For your infrastructure team, integration is straightforward: you contract for capacity, connect via encrypted satellite or terrestrial gateways, and consume compute through agreed interfaces and SLAs. We translate those obligations into marine operations, satellite management, and hardware upkeep. That single point of responsibility means you can treat offshore AI platforms as a dependable, long-lived infrastructure asset without needing in-house expertise in shipyards, ocean engineering, or fleet logistics.
